Spices, graded to export spec
Alongside our Sri Lankan organic line, Qubera also sources a wide range of conventional spices through our partner sourcing office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — direct from grower partners and graded to export specification.
Pepper
Black Pepper (500–600 g/l, FAQ & ASTA grades), Black Pepper 5mm, Light Berries (200–350 g/l), Pinhead Black Pepper (0.5–3mm), Ground & Cracked Mesh, Pepper Dust & Husk, White Pepper (630 g/l) & White Pepper Powder, Dried Green & Red Pepper.
Typical spec range: moisture 12.5–13.5% max, admixture 0.2–1% max, density 200–650 g/l depending on grade. Loadings from 6.7–18 MTS per 20ft container.
Cassia
Cigarette & Stick Cassia, Broken Cassia, Split Cassia, Whole Cassia, Shaved Whole Cassia, Round Cut & Square Cut Cassia, Cassia Powder.
Moisture 13.5% max across the range; admixture 0.5–1% max; length from 1cm (broken) up to 45cm (whole/split, 80% min); whole and shaved grades min. 2.2mm thickness. Loadings from 5–16 MT per 20ft container.
Other spices
Star Anise (whole spring, whole autumn, seeds), Turmeric Whole & Turmeric Powder (2.5% cumin), Cloves, Dry Ginger (machine dried) & Ginger Powder, Black Cardamom (whole).
Packed in 10kg carton boxes. 20ft loadings range from 5–18 tons and 40ft loadings from 10–25 tons depending on product.

A second range from the same Vietnam sourcing office: soft dried fruit, dried vegetable snacks and crisp dried chips, packed to custom weights and materials for wholesale export.

Mango (5%, 10% or no sugar), Bananas (no sugar, natural flavour), White & Red Dragon Fruit (no sugar, natural flavour), Pineapple (sugar added, natural flavour), Papaya (sugar added, natural flavour).
Soft dry vegetables
Dried Purple & Yellow Sweet Potato, Dried Taro, Dried Okra (whole or cut), Dried Carrots, Dried Bitter Melon — available in different cut shapes.
Crisp dry products
Crispy Dried Jackfruit, Crispy Dried Banana Chips, Crispy Dried Sweet Potato — seasonal availability.
Packing: zipper or vacuum bags, 100g–1000g or bulk 5–20kg; 18–20kg cartons (42×37×24cm); loading approx. 675 cartons per 20ft container, 1,350 per 40ft. Production time 20–25 days.
